What

  • Add format and format:check npm scripts to the frontend.
  • Add a lint job to the CI workflow that runs npm ci and
    npm run format:check in frontend/. It needs only Node, no JDK.
  • The build job now needs lint, so a formatting problem fails the pipeline
    before the slow backend tests start.

Why

The frontend was formatted in #21. Without a check the formatting would drift
again with the next change.

  • npm run format:check passes locally.

Notes

  • The frontend has no unit tests, so the job does not run npm test.
