  • UiController looked for ui/index.html while the folder is custom-ui, so a custom
    UI was never used on page routes. The folder is now defined once (UiLocations,
    property dachshund_authorization.custom-ui-path) and shared with WebConfig and SetupBootstrap.
  • Do not create a session for anonymous visitors.
  • Fail with a 500 when index.html has no closing head tag instead of silently dropping the meta tags.
  • Declare UTF-8 in the content type; add tests for all authentication stages and escaping.
